1 Rep Mass - Build Muscle The European Way!If you will give me a few minutes of your time today I will change the way you think about weight training forever. I will introduce you to a completely new, 100% unique way to train your body that will allow you the freedom to achieve rapid, almost insane muscular gains—without the use of dangerous drugs or 47 different supplements or nine protein shakes a day.

My English is not that great, so I had to go WAY out of my way to share this letter with you today. Trust me, it took a long time and lots of my hard-earned cash to get this information to you! But I have a passion for bodybuilding and I want to share with you today what I stumbled on years ago.

What I came across shocked me at first, as it will you too. And I was a fool—young and dumb. I abused this powerful System of training and ended up with two broken feet. So I’m not going to baby you and tell you about how "nice" this system of training is. It’s not nice. It’s going to kick your ass. But it will put more muscle on your body than you will EVER believe until you try it and see for yourself.

I gained some muscle when I first started working out but I never had the body you see today until I discovered a radical new way to train from a very old French bodybuilder. This guy was around before Arnold! Man, I thought he was ancient—but he was ripped and crazy looking! I had to find out what he was doing.

As whacky as it sounds, he was training using only 1 repetition per set! But get this: He was NOT a powerlifter. He was not training like that….no, this was something I’d never seen before. He claimed he invented this method of training and I believe him. I’d never seen it before and I have yet to see it since. I know a lot about powerlifting. In fact I’m certified to instruct it! This is NOTHING like powerlifting…but only one rep.
